You're eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Bookings made less than 30 days before check-in qualify for a full refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and is at least 14 days before check-in. Should you cancel later but still up to 7 days before check-in, you'll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
